Metal structure erection

Our own crew and equipment on site, with no subcontracted lifting. Erection plan, safety and handover reviewed with you.

Our own crew

Whoever erects it answers for it

Erection is where the project becomes visible, and where problems tend to show up too. That's why it's done by our own crew, with our own equipment, following the plan engineering prepared.

With no subcontracted lifting, no one pushes the problem to another supplier. The company that answers for the structure is the same one that designed and fabricated it.

How erection moves forward

From the truck to a standing structure

  • Erection planning

Sequence, equipment and schedule defined before the first piece arrives.

  • Piece logistics

Numbered pieces leave the plant in the order they'll be erected.

  • Lifting plan

Every lift is planned in advance, with the equipment and the work area defined.

  • Structure erection

Columns, beams and bracing erected and checked for plumb and alignment.

  • Handover

Project reviewed with you and complete documentation.

Safety

Safety under Brazil's regulatory standards

Erection follows the NRs that apply to construction sites, work at height and load handling:

  • NR-18

Safety and health at work in the construction industry.

  • NR-35

    Work at height.

  • NR-11

Transport, handling, storage and material handling.

Working site

Erecting alongside an active operation

In expansions and renovations, erection happens close to an ongoing operation. Planning defines the isolated areas, the schedule and the sequence before work begins.

FAQ

Questions about erection

Do you subcontract erection?

No. Erection is done by our own crew, with our own equipment, with no subcontracted lifting.

How long until the structure is standing?

The erection schedule comes out of the preliminary study, with a date for every stage. Pieces arriving in the right order avoid waiting on site.

Who handles safety on site?

Our crew follows the lifting plan and NR-18, NR-35 and NR-11 during erection.

Do you erect outside of São Paulo?

Yes. We carry out projects in Brazil and Paraguay.
