Grow without starting from zero
Not every project starts on an empty lot. Sometimes the plant needs more area, the structure needs to carry a new piece of equipment, or the old warehouse needs to be modernized.
In those cases, the work starts with what already exists: understanding the current structure, checking what it can carry, and planning the project to interfere as little as possible with the operation.

Price per square meter is misleading. Check whether the proposal includes:
- Structural design and ART
- Fabrication and painting or galvanizing
- Transport to the site
- Erection with equipment
- Who does the foundation
- Gutters, flashing and wall panels
- Schedule with dates

FAQ
Questions about expansion and retrofit
Do I need the warehouse's original drawings?
It helps, but it's not required. Without them, the existing structure is surveyed and checked before the design starts.
Can the work be done with the warehouse running?
The planning defines what keeps running during the work, the isolated areas and the erection sequence. That's written down before starting.
Is it worth expanding or building a new warehouse?
It depends on the condition of the existing structure, the site and the operation. The structural check shows what pays off. If your case is to build new, we'll tell you.
How much does an expansion cost?
It depends on the area, the connection to the existing structure and what needs reinforcing. Send us what you have — photos of the current warehouse help — and we'll come back with an investment range and scope.
